Who we are
This website is run by Debish Tech, the digital division and partner of ICON GERSIS LIMITED, Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us at support@debishtech.com or +254 762 120 120.
What we collect
When you send our quote form we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the package you are interested in and your message. We also receive the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from one of our Google ads, the ad click ID (gclid). If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share there.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare your quote and follow up on the work you ask us about. The ad click ID helps us see which of our ads bring in enquiries. We do not sell your details or share them for other companies' marketing.
Cookies and measurement
With your permission (the cookie banner), we use measurement and advertising tags to count visits and see how our ads perform. If you decline, those tags do not use cookies on this site. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who else handles your details
Your details are stored with our website host and email provider so that we can receive and answer them. We do not pass them on to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of our work with you, and then delete them.

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email support@debishtech.com and we will reply.
